I can't concentrate!!!!!

Metallica is giving a concert in Puerto Rico in March, a date in which I do not expect to be there and I've been waiting for these people to go there only my entire life because they're one of my favoirte bands ever and now I am seriously considering going back to PR then, which is insane because I have been spending way too much money, but I want to go!!! *cries*

Meanwhile, I haven't written a word today, but I can't calm down. This is horrible, just horrible. And Heroes is in half an hour, so that's not going to help anything. I feel so irresponsible.

On a sidenote, I'm going to Star Wars in Concert, because my cousin is a huge fan. The local public tv network was giving tickets for $120. Ha! I got them for half that. Which is still a disgusting amount of money, but there's no point second guessing now, because it's too late. But why must everything be so expensive?

My boyfriend went to the Metallica show in Madison Square Garden (unfortunately, tickets sold out before I got a chance to buy one for myself). They did two shows in MSG, a Saturday and a Sunday show. My boyfriend went to the Sat show and he was so pissed at the fact that all they played was new stuff. He's an old fan, from the late 80s/early 90s and so he totally swore off Metallica. A few days later, he reads a review for the Sunday show. Turns out they saved the older stuff for the Sunday show... the entire set list he wanted to hear, all on Sunday. Yeah, he was pretty mad. I'm kinda tempted to fly to PR that week to see the concert, too, but if they're going to do the same thing they did at MSG, I'm not so sure I wanna go.

Hmmm. That is worrisome. I am much more interested in hearing the classics rather than new stuff. I wish they would make it clear which set lists they're using.
