I think hippiediva's got it- it's all about moderation. As long as you get a little bit of everything, you're golden. And also I think that everyone's nutritional needs are different. One diet that keeps one person healthy might not for another person. It's all about body chemistry and genetics and such.
Anyway, sorry the cubicle's getting you down. In the office, I only get a window if a certain door is open. Otherwise, it's just me and the computer, though we don't have walls around our desks, so I can talk to folks too. I suggest getting up every hour or two and taking a little walk, maybe go find a window. (Though if the outside looks like it does in my icon, run.)
