Oh, Adam, just give it up already! You know you want to- you know you know you want to! *sigh* But he's just too stubborn, isn't he? Well, 300+ years is a long time to commit to a single idea. But still, it tears at my heart (in the good way, don't worry) to see him continually choose the negative over the positive.

Anyway, nice detail about Adam's hunger. I hadn't really thought about it before- just how hungry you would get while buried alive if you couldn't die. I bet he smells just wonderful too. Looking forward to the next chapter!
