Finished Milo pic that looks nothing like Milo

Photobucket

I am so not sure about this, but at least the hands give me hope that one day I might be able to draw proper looking hands. I always liked drawing hands.

ETA: I just accidentally printed 10 pages of smut along with 16 of thesis notes. Oh, crap. That is not the kind of stuff I like to have in hard copy format. Hey, look. A shredder.

Hey, it takes practice to get stuff like this perfect. At least you can tell who it's supposed to be!

And oh my, 10 pages of smut in hard copy? Scary. Shredders are wonderful things, and not just for financial companies ;)

I know. I just have to remind myself that it's like writing, where the first two years everything was 'blah'.

Now if I could only get this machine to work.

Considering I do terrible stick figures, I always admire anyone who can manage to draw. Again, love the hair. :)

I used to draw way back when, but only for art class since I was too lazy to actually do anything outside of it, but I miss it.

Thank you! Milo's hair is just... perfection (most of the time).

Drawing real people is hard. I think your pic turned out well, I doubt I could do better. I saw people's drawings when they first begun end it was "bah" but 2 or 3 years later their are is gorgeous. Things like that come with practice.

I want to start drawing real people too. But I never have the time to practice. I am more used to draw manga style than RL.

Thanks. It is the first drawing I've made in six years and I never learned to draw people to begin with, so I wasn't expecting it to come out great. I'm pretty happy with the hands. I should be able to get some practice on the plane.

Manga! I love manga style. Much more than Western comics.
