Aww. Sometimes when I order used books some of the invoices they send along have like little smiley faces and everything, but I've never gotten an email like that.

I think I've gotten cute invoices like that, too, but this is the first time I get a follow up e-mail, and such a cute one, too. And they are good sellers.

Hee, very nice. I applaud the use of the word "flabbergast" and the 108.8%. I don't think I've ever seen a follow-up email as cool as that. I just might check out this Better World Books place.

I love the 108.08%. And the super cool e-mail robot. I've dealt with them through Amazon, but apparently they also have their own site. I hadn't bothered googling them until today. Huh.
