It's curious, I just got back into LJ full force about a week ago, after going AWOL for almost a year. And I have a brand new fandom to play in (Thor movieverse, am totally in love with Loki/Tom Hiddleston), so, you know, it feels good to have shiny new things to play with, that haven't been despoiled by screenwriters and bad plots and such.
But yeah, I understand you so well. I feel a little sad when I think about Heroes still. Just the other day this TV channel around here was replaying the whole series, and I saw a few S1 eps and it was just so bittersweet to know eventually everything would go to hell.
