You should have been part of the WC fandom at the start of Season 2, when Marsha Thomason rejoined the cast. The promotional material for the Pilot had her character name "Diana Lancing" and there was oodles of fic with that (including dozens of my own stories). As the second season approached and USA started with the promotional materials, Diana's last name changed in Berrigan. Or Barrigan. Or Berrigin.
USA finally settled on Berrigan - but it's still misspelled by fandom.
