I'm referring to the finale of Season 1 of Doctor Who. Rambling is behind the

I mean, I knew this was going to happen because I cheated, again, and went into Wikipedia. Plus, I started reading this long Nine/Rose story yesterday that starts off after this episode. I know, but I have no patience.

I don't even know what to say. I'm kinda bad about articulating my reactions to things and I have like five different thoughts shooting around my brain all at once, so I'm just going to ramble. Obviously, I don't like that they regenerated the Doctor that quickly. It was too soon! Couldn't they have kept Eccleston for at least one more season? He was fantastic! (That's one of my favorite words now *snorts*) I can't form any sort of opinion about Tennant's Who, because I know nothing about it and I am trying not to form a bias, but I just feel so blergh. The first disc of Season 2 gets here on Tuesday, so I suppose I'll know then. I'd stream it, but I need to watch some episodes of Alias first this fic I'm working on and the internet is being bitchy about downloading videos lately. Anyway, I'll be watching the last three episodes again tomorrow (and possibly a third time), so I should have more coherent thoughts then.

May I just say that the Doctor's face when he saw Rose "die" was heartbreaking.

It takes a little while, but Tennant will win you over. He's amazing too, but you're right, they're both very different Doctors and it would've been nice to have CE for a little bit longer. =(

I hope so. But they really should have kept CE longer. He's so cool.

I was talking to my mother about this and turns out CE left, and the DW team was quite pissed with him about it. =P He doesn't like to stay in TV shows long, apparently. They'd already made a lot of the S2 merchandise around him, which is why they were so irritated about it.

Apparently, anyway. =P
