Busy, busy, busy

I have so much to do lately. I'm leaving Puerto Rico on Sunday and am not coming back until December, which is mostly sad at this point, though I'm sure I'll get excited again once I'm at Chicago. So I have to prepare for that (packing, taking out all the junk in my room), go my grandmother's house every day, work on my fic (I'm two-thirds through the second draft), and I'm helping out in with a small film one of my friends is doing. I'm supposed to be dealing with the continuity, but the length of the filming is wreaking havoc on my schedule, so I'm probably only going to be on set about half of the time. More on that later, because there' been some seriously insane stuff going on with that, but alas, lack of time.

PS. And since I have so little time, the internet has decided to short out at random moments, just for fun. Ain't technology grand?

Busy-ness! I miss seeing you around! Hooray for Chicago, though. The weather here has been really nice: just warm enough and not too humid. Hope your trip goes well!!

Ah, small films. Always fun to be involved in; I was the kind-of producer for a student film in my last year of high school and my god, was it a pain to work around everyone's schedule. Darn student actors.

Technology is a wonder and a blessing as well as curse. It's like crack really.

Thsnks! I hope the tornado siren doesn't go off while we're there. One of my friends didn't know it was tornado country until a few days ago and got a little freaked out. I reassured her by informing her that they'll be staying in the basement (on the most comfortable bed in the house, no less).

Well, we're all on vacation now, which helps a lot. I just have a particular problem since I'm leaving so soon and I have to go to my grandmother's house at a fixed time while also fitting in enough time for working on the fic. I didn't go to the filming at all yesterday because I was so stressed out from not being able to do anything on Sunday when we started filming.
