Summary: Ragetti's POV when Barbossa shoots Pintel in the cave.
The shot is loud and hot as it flies past Ragetti to strike firmly and deadly in Pintel’s chest. He turns and looks wide-eyed at the dark black hole in Pintel’s white shirt. Fear grips him in a cold, hard fist, twisting his stomach. If the curse has been lifted, Pintel is a dead man. Not skeleton in the moonlight dead, but six feet under dead. A cry stands ready on his tongue, but Pintel’s movement stops him and he sees… no blood.
‘You’re not dead.’
‘No.’
The curse is still upon them and Ragetti could not have been happier.
