Oooooooooh, I loved this. You nailed the scene *perfectly*; Hiro's guilt and obsession, Ando's uneasiness with his own death, everything. Hiro keeping his eyes closed after their kiss because he was afraid he would open his eyes and Ando would be gone was one of the most heartbreakingly real things I've ever read for these two.
