Nathan finally owned up to who he really is by flying in front of that politician guy and Peter looked so proud and then there were the "I love you"'s and these two are so cute when there isn't massive loads of drama going on

You know what I loved about that scene, because it reminded me of both S1 and S2 Nathan, and what I actually have always liked about him? Nathan is such a dork about it. Like sappily so. He always acts like this kind of douchey prick, and god knows he can be, but when he's being sincere about something, he damn well goes all the way, and it makes me smile. And even though part of that is my laughing at him for being so schmaltzy about it, another part of that is my appreciating that aspect of his personality like I appreciate Peter's ability to forgive and Hiro's ability to remain childlike. It's also such a politician thing to do, be able to make these decisions that everyone hates you for (and rightly so), and still be at the core a kind of idealist. So...yeah. Oh, Nate, why do I only start liking you again when you're an episode or less away from death?

Peter is made of awesome. I'm so proud of him.

Isn't he?! I know the moment in the limo with Sylar (dirty) was badass, but my absolutely favorite thing was when he showed up after Nathan had been knocked out and was kind of stumbling all over the place, and he did this awesome eyeroll and perfectly snarky, "Some help you're going to be." Someone's been remembering their time with Claude ;) That said, I'm really dreading him finding out about Nathan. I almost wish they'd gotten it over with.

Yeah, the Claire blood thing bugged me too. And while I've managed to come up with a few fairly plausible (in my mind) reasons for Noah not bringing it up (1. Didn't want Claire to have that responsibility, of bringing back any and everyone who ever died 2. Nathan had lost too much blood/been dead too long already for it to have worked 3. That method of Sylar "disposal" might have a better chance of success than anything else they've tried thus far, especially given that he moved "the spot", and Noah was thinking of his and Claire's best interest more than Nathan and Angela's, which wouldn't be a shock), I shouldn't have to be the one coming up with plausible explanations. I'm glad they took Claire blood off the table as a plot device, but damn, they could've done it better.

And yeah, the Sylar/Claire stuff is major ick. But...well, the subtext has always been there, and always been majorly icky. Maybe I've just watched Distractions too many times but my god, his interest in her has always squicked.
