The problem with LiveJournal:
We all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you!

Hey, I did this meme too! (http://saena17.livejournal.com/117504.html) Feel free to ask me things. :)

Your questions:

1) What's the weirdest dream you can remember?
2) Do you have a favorite poem or poet?
3) Who do you most admire? (This can be a person you know, or someone famous/historical that you look up to.)
4) What's your favorite place to have lived, and what's the best thing about that place?

I knew someone else on my flist had done this, but I think it was during the crazy exam period so I missed it.

1) Um, well all my dreams are weird, really, but one of the weirdest things I remember is having this really creepy dream that I forgot, but when I woke up I saw this weird bird monster with a huge beak on the right corner of the ceiling come flying at me. I shut my eyes in panic and when I opened them again it was gone. That freaked me out.

2) I picked one for each language I know (or semi-know in French's case). Charles Baudelaire, John Keats, and Federico GarcĂa Lorca. No way could I narrow down a poem, though. There's way too many.

3) Again with the multiple names (it's impossible for me to pick one favourite). Hatshepsut and Elizabeth I are the historical people (though I know precious little about the second, alas). My cousin Chelo because she's got a brilliant career as a makeup artist after years of having to sweat it from nothing. And with four kids! And I'm going to sound like a total fangirl here, but Milo V. because he's achieved so much at such a young age. and he gets involved in organizations on his off time, which is something I need to start doing.

4) I actually can't pick one as my favourite. Puerto Rico, Chicagoland, and London all have things I love and things I don't. PR is where I spent the first 18 years of my life, so it's my first home (and it's got gorgeous landscapes). Chicago is where the family I'm closest to is, plus it's full of Mexicans (I'm half Mexican) and it's a very artistic city. And London... is London. It's fantastic. Huge parks, beautiful architecture, great temperatures, great clothes, lovely people (that "Englishmen are dour" myth is a lie). The only bad thing is the prices.
