Then I put on the Battlestar Galactica miniseries and completely forgot about it. I can't even remember when was the last time I sat in front of the tv for three straight hours. This is why I told myself not to start with that thing until I finished the dissertation. Damn. My cousin has the entire series, too, so it's so easy to slip a disc into the dvd player and not press the STOP button.

Resist, dude, resist! You'll never stop kicking yourself if you let BSG take up this valuable working time. If you can't save it for later entirely, at least, I dunno, make one episode your reward for working hard during the day.

Well, the thing is I do need breaks because I am going insane! Every other day I feel my brain turning into putty. And I am good for time, but since I have this need to get this done I'm trying to stay focused. The trick is not pressing the PLAY ALL button. Because that would be bad. Very bad.

Ha! BSG WILL INVADE YOUR WHOLE LIFE. Not unlike 24.

I'm noticing that, though I'm hooked on so many shows at the moment that I can only really concentrate on a few, but yeah, I may have watched 10 episodes today and only turned off the player because I needed to write, but I may be able to control myself. For now. Maybe. It's just such an excellent show.

Lol! That's like me and Torchwood. I finally was able to start watching it (series 3 that is) tonight and even though I need to sleep, I don't think I can NOT watch the last two eps.
