Funny. It doesn't feel like Halloween. I hold the sun responsible. Yesterday was sweeping rain, the sky a uniform shade of bleak grey, the wind howling as if someone were murdering it, smacking against my window so hard that you'd think a tornado were running lose. Perfect Halloween weather. Today? Blue skies, tranquil breeze, nice sun, very relaxing. Too relaxing. Clearly the climate got it's calendar mixed up.

As I have nowhere to go, I'm going to watch Sleepy Hollow, my yearly tradition, which some of you might remember my freaking out about last year since I didn't have the DVD, but now there are two of them in the house. Oh, and through a total coincidence (no, seriously) I'm working on ghost stories. But not the creepy kind.

This icon does not reflect my current mood, but it's the only Halloween one I have.

Y'know, it doesn't really feel like Halloween to me either... Though it's kinda gloomy here. It's just that last year there were ppl in costumes all over campus, but I've only seen a few so far this time.

Is that the Sleepy Hollow version with Johnny Depp? I saw like 5 minutes of that once on TV and it freaked me out. I stick with Final Destination :) Hope you have fun watching, though!

The last two days it felt like the wind was possessed by the devil and today.... nothing.

Yep. I love it. It is creepy, but it's not a scary movie, technically. I can't handle scary movies with ghosts in them most of the time. See, Final Destination freaks me out. And that's just the trailer.

Wow. I kinda love weather like that :)

I just remember something about a tree with blood...and a little kid hiding under the floorboards...or are those 2 different movies? Hmm. Yeah...I dunno why I'm okay with FD but no other scary movies. Weird.

As long as there are no tornado watches (which there weren't) I love it, too. It's fun!

Yeah... that would be it. Blood doesn't scare me, though. I've seen worse. Much worse. Have you heard of The Orphanage? I only watched it because one of my favourite directors produced it and it was the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life. The ghost is a little kid. Just thinking about it gives me chills.

True. :)

It depends for me...I tend to try & avoid gore in shows/movies, but FD has that too... (I close my eyes a lot) :P Don't think I've heard of that...creepy kids are especially creepy, though. I won't plan on watching that...
