Yes, this is a paper for college. I've heard of this brand of stupidity, but never actually seen it applied. Some people deserve to flunk.

It is what it sounds like. Court process is not mentioned, so I don't know about that. It's just so crass.

I hope no one replies to that. This is the kind of nonsense that can get you expelled. I even hear of a professor who got kicked out for plagiarism, then through a series of business frauds, wound up in prison. It was great gossip.
