Finally, I finished the second essay, which I was supposed to have finished yesterday, but fuck it. If I have to write Huitzilopochtli one more time, I'm going to scream and throw things. For the last half hour, I've been copy/pasting it from Notepad. Now I only have one essay left. And I have one week and three days to do it in. Oh, and I know nothing about the subject. Joy.

Thanks! It's been a nightmare parsing out all the little details yet masochistically fun at the same time.

Weel, I changed the subject so now I do know something about it, though it's only what we've discussed in class, but at least it gives me a base to start from. I'm doing it on the impact that the Bourbon reforms had on the Spanish Colonies. Basically, in the 1750s, Spain set out to reform the colonial governments and economy because the local elite had too much power and was really corrupt and Spain needed money, so they sent more people from Spain to govern and increased the taxes and royal monopolies, which the people hated, so there were revolts and upheaval all over the place. Personally, I'd rather do it on maritime warfare, but oh well.

Pues espero que sí. Claro, no sabre hasta que la profesora lo lea, pero estuve hablando con ella hoy y hasta ella admite que el tema de la religión es horrible de tratar.
