Ok, am I right in thinking that my library looks like the GE building?

Here's the Senate House Library:



When I first saw it, it lookely vaguely familiar, and the tour guide said that it was based on a building in the States. Since I didn't know it straightaway, I figured it couldn't be in Chicago and the only other US skyline I have any knowlege of is New York's. Then I watched 30 Rock and saw this:



Does or doesn't it look like some ultra-tall version of Senate House? It's like the library is it's short, little broher. How's that for unintentional geekiness?
