Obviously no work is getting done today. Anyway:

Notes I made while watching:

I love Alex for calling Claire on how unorganized she was being. She didn't even notice the van. Jeez!

The future painting thing? Still sucks? I hate it and think it ruins part of Matt's character, which is so not a good thing, because Matt deserves better treatment than that.

Rebel = Hana and Angela teaming up to be a female super duo of awesomeness. So awesome that it will never happen in canon, but come on! How cool would that be? Although I do think Angela is in on the Rebel thing. She was so bullshitting Nathan. And now that I remember, there was a writer who implied at some point that Hana might survive in internet form. Or something like that. And I don't think the loft has internet access.

Sandra is amazing! Between her and Angela I'm really loving the older female generation in this volume.

Sylar is still wearing Zane's Converse. Heee!

Pete and Matt breaking into the building and mind controlling everyone cracked me up. Peter is so competent and savvy this time around. *hugs him* Oh, Pete. I love you so. And why can't I stop drooling over the pretty?

The effect comes out pretty cheesy, but I love the tracks playing during Sylar's flashback scenes.

"I need you to get the hell out of my house." Oh, Sandra. So much love.

Does no one remember Mohinder? I feel so bad for the guy. And after he sacrificed himself to save Matt, too.

Thank you so much, Pete, for not trusting Nathan. You've grown. Claude would be proud.

That last scene? What the fuck?!!! Claire is actually supposed to help the guy who tried to kill her and her moms? Is rebel insane? If I we her, I'd so totally be calling the feds and giving him up. "Look! Powered guy! Right here! You can take him, torture him, whatever, I don't care."

I really, really *really* hope that Rebel is Micah. It makes sense, would be a great way to bring back an interesting character, and would be hilarious if a twelve year old outwitted a bunch of government agents.

I'm actually really enjoying Peter this volume, mostly because now that he has his powers limited he is no longer COMPLETELY MORONIC.

Can it be Micah with Angela? I really want it to be her. lets have some effective female power on this show for a change.

You are? Yay! The smarts did arise right after he lost his powers. That's when they finally got him back in character and focused on who he is as a person (kind, giving, with a genuine wish to help people, and not a total idiot). I claim that his stupidity was all out of character. Though he is that kind of sweet guy that would want to believe that his family might do good, it's so nice to see that he's learned better. I'm proud of him. Hopefully they'll keep it up.

I enjoyed Peter so much on this episode, I'm this close to doing a little happy dance around my computer. I feel like a proud mother hen. And yeah I bet Claude would be proud. I'm pretty sure he's still around... we just haven't seen him ;-)

He is so awesome lately. It gives me such a warm glow. Oh, Claude. I want him to come back so much. Well, if he is stalking following Peter (because, really, what else would he be doing?) I demand that he take him aside and smex him up. :) Or something.

I can't stop ogling your icon. So pretty.

Peter is making me incredibly happy right now. He's my favorite character, and I'm just so proud of him :D

I totally loved the cheesy music in Sylar's flashback scenes too. :-D

Yeah, seriously, what about Mohinder? I was kind of upset that he didn't ask for him to be released too.

I don't get how Pete's powers work now. I thought he could simply "borrow" powers by being near people and he didn't used to have a limit. What's up with only being able to have one power at a time? Did I miss something?

And is it just me, or does Milo Ventimiglia get yummier each season? :-D

i just asked Grunny on Twitter about Mohinder, though I have no idea if he'll reply or not. It doesn't make sense.

Arthur took away his powers in vol. 3. For a few episodes, he didn't have any powers, then at the end of 3x13 he injected himself with the formula. So he's no longer an empath. He can now only have one power at a time, which he gets by touching people. In the second episode of vol. 4, it seems as if he automatically takes them, almost by accident, but now he seems to have gained some control over it and can now choose when he takes a power. That's the only way he could have flown off with Matt. And one of the writers did say taht he was still getting used to his new power.

He does. Men are like that. They get better an better with age. Angst helps, too. I can't stop staring at him.

Ah, that's right. For some reason I thought he had simply gotten back his old power. I hadn't realized it worked differently this time around.

Yeah, men are like wine. I thought he was okay looking when I first saw him on Gilmore Girls years ago, but now I just wanna eat him up. Maybe cause he lost the boyishness he used to have.

At first I thought he just flew, but then he got all cryptic when Nathan asked him what he did these days.

Heroes is the first thing I saw him in, but I've seen pictures of his Gilmore days. Too boyish for me. I tend to visually prefer guys in their 30s. It happened to me with Orlando Bloom, too. In LOTR: meh. But by the third Pirates movie I couldn't stop ogling him. I have a thing for pretty guys.

Yo soy igual. I'm attracted to men in their 30s too. Not just visually either; I tend to be romantically attracted to guys who are at least in their late 20s or early 30s.

Me, too. They're more mature and, I don't know. Balanced? Maybe that's not a good word. Younger men don't seem to be in the same place mentally as me.

Oooh, yes please! But yeah, way too cool to actually happen. *sigh*

Does no one remember Mohinder?
Aw, they do, that's just the price you pay with ensemble casts, you just can squeeze everyone in there every episode. I'm sure he'll be back on Monday.

Thank you so much, Pete, for not trusting Nathan. You've grown. Claude would be proud.
He has grown, hasn't he? Aw, I'm proud of him too. ^^

Super cool stuff like that rarely happens on this show. But I want it so bad?

I meant that Peter didn't ask Danko to release Mohinder along with Daphne and Matt. He must have figured that Mo was caught by them, so not mentioning him makes no sense.

*hugs Peter*
